碼科泰克D-40E/E-40紫外探傷燈廣泛用于熒光滲透探傷、熒光磁粉探傷以及檢驗漏油、油污、有害介質(zhì)等各類用途。由于采用了光暈去除濾光片（日本專利），即使是對反光表面、水性表面也具有出類拔萃的檢出能力。
碼科泰克marktec固定型紫外線探傷燈Super Light D-40E/E-40（400w）產(chǎn)品特點：
1、 高強度，不需要暗室。在100勒克斯的明亮度下也能進(jìn)行熒光探傷，大幅度減輕眼睛和精神疲勞，并提高了檢查精度。使用的鹵化金屬等能實現(xiàn)高山水銀燈越2倍的能效。
2、 小巧外形。小型輕便的燈體，便于安裝和維護(hù)。采用主動風(fēng)冷系統(tǒng)使機外溫度一直保持35℃左右（周圍環(huán)境溫度為20℃時）。
3、 2種配光特性。均勻配光的D-40：600mm×250mm的范圍（照射距離600mm）內(nèi)能獲得均勻的UV強度，確保探傷條件的穩(wěn)定。高強度的E-40：中央重點配光，在中心部能獲得特別高的UV強度。也可以通過調(diào)節(jié)焦點來調(diào)節(jié)聚光程度。
4、 遮蔽可見光光暈。最新開發(fā)的光暈遮光片（PAT.P）可以有效遮蔽影響目視檢查工作的可見光線（特別是紅光、紫光），實現(xiàn)一個純凈的目視環(huán)境。
